Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Melton Basketball Association Incorporated (ABN 97 438 053 623) will be held on Tuesday 9 September at Tabcorp Park (2 Ferris Road, Melton) at 7:00pm.

Business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting will be:

1. To confirm minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

2. To receive board reports upon the transactions of the Association during the preceding financial year.

3. To elect the Directors of the Association.
-President (2 Years)
-Vice President (1 Year Term)
-Secretary (1 Year Term)
-Treasurer, (2 Year Term)
-General Members, x 5 (1 Year Term)

4. To appointment an auditor for the forthcoming year.

5. To transact any other general business.

*Nominations for all vacant positions must be lodged with the Secretary by close of business Monday 25 August, 2014. A nomination form can be obtained by emailing secretary@meltonbasketball.com.au.

*General business items positions must be lodged with the Secretary by close of business Monday 1 September, 2014.

*The Association will display the names of all Board Nominees on the Association website (www.meltonbasketball.com.au) and notice board from Tuesday 2 September 2014.
